Compassionate navigation for children, families, adults, & organizations
With over 15 years experience as a social worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting children, youth, and families from diverse backgrounds. Through humility, compassion, and curiosity, I aim to provide tailored services that meet the unique needs of each individual, group, or organization.

Support for families navigating everyday challenges and transitions.
With my specialized experience and passion for families and children, I offer a safe and supportive space to strengthen communication and explore solutions tailored to your family’s unique needs. Whether adjusting to a new diagnosis, managing school concerns, exploring new parenting skills, or working through changing dynamics, I am here to help families feel more connected and confident.

Empowering clients to understand their rights and access the support they deserve.
Advocacy services may include support with school meetings, housing or financial aid applications, or navigating health and social service systems. I work alongside you to amplify your voice and ensure you are treated with fairness and respect.

Guidance through complex systems and support during life transitions.
I help individuals identify their goals, make a plan, and access available resources. I offer counselling to individuals of all ages and backgrounds in a non-clinical, strengths-based format, focused on active listening, collaborative problem-solving, and emotional support for life’s everyday challenges.

Professional guidance for organizations, schools, and community groups seeking insight on youth development, child welfare, family engagement, inclusive practices, and more.
Consulting services include program development, training, facilitation, and policy review, all grounded in current social work values and best practices.

Accessible, strengths-based support for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities and their families.
I strive to meet each person where they are, focusing on building skills, accessing resources, and enhancing quality of life. We will work collaboratively to navigate systems, advocate for inclusion, and support personal growth—always amplifying your voice.

A welcoming and affirming space for 2SLGBTQIA+ children, youth, and adults to explore identity, relationships, and life transitions.
I always maintain strict confidentiality, whether you’re navigating coming out, family dynamics, or seeking support in being your authentic self. You’ll always be met with compassion and understanding.

Culturally respectful support for Indigenous children, youth, and young adults.
Guided by a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I will always strive to honour identity, family, and community. I recognize the importance of Indigenous ways of knowing, and am committed to walking alongside my clients with humility and care.

Support that honours the unique experiences, strengths, and challenges faced by Black individuals and people of African descent.
I strive to ground all my work in an anti-racist, trauma-informed approach that acknowledges historical and present-day contexts while magnifying each person’s voice.
